systems (e.g. toll collections, telephone services, traffic lights…) for all the bridges, terminals and tunnels operated by Port
Authority and PATH.

Y2K Process Manager - Responsible for technical assessment, selection and customization of Y2K assessment, remediation and testing tools,
defining the Y2K remediation process, implementation of the remediation plan. Surveyed, analyzed, selected, tested, customized and
implemented the Micro Focus Tool set (Revolve, Workbench and Mainframe Express) for IBM mainframe and Vision 2000 for Unix as

Participated in Year 2000 project as Team Lead to evaluate and diagnose the extent of Year 2000 problem, and suggest the best possible
solution. Analyzed the current systems to identify the date impacts on systems. The Micro Focus’ s Revolve tool was used to extract all the
information from the systems developed using COBOL, Assembler, TSO/MVS JCL, and CICS & DB2. The Macro’ s designed and developed to
be used as modify Honeywell Bull COBOL and DOS/VSE JCL to be analyzed by Micro Focus’ s Revolve tool.

Technical Lead for Modern Terminals Limited, Hong Kong - Successfully participated in Business Re-engineering project for a major container
transportation company in Hong Kong to streamline the process and to lower the cost and risk of daily maintenance. Lead the client project
team to access the current systems extracts business rules and creates the current data and business models. Developed the migration plan from
Supra/Mantis platform to Power Builder, C, UNIX and Oracle Platform. Worked with management and ISP team to determine the steps and
techniques to use to for comparing current and future data, business and technical model, to accomplish the development of new system to
support the container movement.
Senior Consultant for Tandy Corporation - Participated in Year 2000 project for Tandy to evaluate and diagnose the extent of Year 2000
problem, and suggest the best possible solution. Analyzed the tools currently in the market that can be used to analyze and solve the Year 2000
problem for UNIX bases exiting systems using various flavors of C & C++. Wrote the Micro Focus Revolve tool scripts to extract the
date-related information from the clients exiting system components.
Senior Consultant for Palm Beach County Government, Florida - Successfully participated in Migration Pilot Project for a Florida County to
migrate existing Mainframe system to Three-tier Client Server system. Analyzed the current system and defined the process for target system
and defined the process and modeled the data for the target system and developed the new Client Server system. Worked with management to
develop the current process and data model and develop the target models. Coded the presentation layer using Power Builder, major
functionality using Micro Focus COBOL, C, Oracle database with OEC’ s Entera as a broker.

CSC Partners Apr 1989 – Feb 1994 Staff Consultant
Application DBA with MECA Inc., New Jersey - Successfully designed and implemented the test bed for EDI interfaces between IBM
Mainframe and UNIX System. Responsible for designing the test DB2 databases including table definitions, loading test data, writing
maintenance programs using COBOLII, CICS, DB2, and SQL. Once implemented in production this system will save millions of dollars and hours
of manual interface for MECA.
Functional Analyst, Lead Developer, Programmer/Analyst, AT&T, Virginia - Responsible for project management, user interface and
requirements review, system design & specifications and specification presentations. Successfully designed, developed and implemented an
On-line Inquiry System for Bill Verification using COBOLII, CSP, SQL, CICS and DB2 Database. This system cut down the bill verification task
from 2-3 days to 10-30 minutes, thus saving AT&T valuable time and money and improving Customer Satisfaction. Successfully analyzed,
planned, redesigned, restructured, tested and implemented the Usage and Usage Volume Discounts Billing System, resulting in simplified code,
reducing system run time by more than 50%. Documented the system to help other understand the process. Developed multiple processes and
programs for enhancing the existing system functionality and processing time to improve efficiency and maintainability.
Federal National Mortgage Association Mar 1986 – Apr 1989 Programmer/Analyst
FASB 91 & Profitability Reporting Systems - Successfully designed, developed, and implemented the system in record time of Month and half
when original estimate was minimum of over 3 months. Responsible for development of functional specifications, reporting requirements, job
specifications and program specifications and design. Developed batch and on-line programs, wrote JCL, and prepared system documentation.
DDA Accounts Payable & MSA General Ledger Systems - Installed the DDA accounts payable system. This included modification of the JCL,
development of various edit and audit programs and reports for user assistance, and provision support. Supported daily process by developing
user edits. Added new audit reports to assist users. Also assisted users with on-line functions and developed jobs to produce large reports on
microfiche.
CDC to IBM Conversion - Successfully migrated the existing financial reporting system from a CDC environment to an IBM environment. This
included modification of COBOL programs, JCL to reflect changes in design and environment, and verification of results with parallel testing and
implemented the modified systems.
