equipment for Semiconductor, FPD flat panel displays,
MEMs, optical component, and medical equipment markets.
Experience in substrate processing including lithography, 
deposition, etch, coating, etc. and microscopy/metrology 
including Registration & overlay (RG), Critical 
Dimension (CD), inspection, defect detection and review,
pattern recognition, and image processing.  Further experience in MRI scanning and acquisition in a medical regulatory development environment.


Excelling in project management and disciplined specification and documentation; have performed software project
offshoring for cost reduction, and have traveled extensively to Asia for integration of high tech machinery into factories.
