Responsible for assisting and supporting the
Materials Management team in the upgrade of SAP from 3.0h to 4.0B. This includes assisting in the following
tasks: identifying SAP changes for each transaction, identifying configuration
changes and defining the integration testing methodology. I also assisted in developing test scripts

Lilly & Company Engagement ·
The
Eli Lilly & Company’s Global Business Integration Project (GBIP) involves
the re-engineering of Lilly’s Global Business Process in the context of a
global SAP implementation of all SAP modules.
Role Description
(01/99 – 4/99) – (Purchase to Pay Unit/Integration Testing Lead) ·
Responsible for leading the Purchase to Pay
Testing team to completion of the unit testing.
I was also responsible for developing the integration testing approach
and Purchase to Pay integration test plan. I took the lead in designing a tool written
in Access in order to help facilitate the creation of the integration testing
plans. This tool is used to help track
the SAP system variations and business scenarios that would be incorporated
into the integration tests. It also maintains other critical information,
including the business requirements, functional requirements and unit tests
that are associate with each integration test. Role
Description (07/98 – 01/99) – (SAP Functional Consultant) ·
My
primary responsibility for this role was to serve as an SAP Materials
Management functional consultant for the Purchase to Pay
sub-process team during the solution development phase of the project. ·
The
major deliverables during this phase of the project was the completion of
functional design documents, unit testing, prototyping, and the configuration
of the system. I was also responsible
for leading the development of the teams testing approach. Mercury’s Test Director software
was used as a tool in our testing approach. Role
Description (02/98 – 07/98) – (Project Manager Role) ·
As
a Project Manager, my responsibilities included the development of the
Technology team’s project plan, project charter and project management
approach. I was also responsible for
meeting with the sub-team leads in order to update the status of the project
plan and drive out team barriers/issues.
Finally, I was responsible with meeting with the Leadership team in
order to communicate the status of the team and any critical team
barriers/issues to them. 12/97 – 02/98: Black
& Decker Engagement ·
The Black & Decker SAP project involves the
re-engineering of Black & Decker’s business process’s with the
implementation of most SAP modules. Role
Description - (SAP Functional Consultant/ “On the Job Training”): ·
Responsible for assisting in the design,
development and prototyping of SAP for Black & Decker’s Millennium Petrochemicals (June 1995 – October 1997) Assignments/Projects: ·
Member of team responsible for the initial phase
of the installation of PROCESS/1, a manufacturing control system. Work involved development of standard plant
procedures for use of the software, user training, support and development of
interfaces to PROCESS/1’s production scheduling module. Supported Production Scheduling, Material
Control, Order Management and Quality Control modules. ·
Successfully lead the final phase of the implementation
of PROCESS/1 in four plants. This
phase included implementing the Accounting module of PROCESS/1. This consisted of going on site to meet
with the accounting personnel to understand their needs and explain the major
changes in their accounting processes.
Made modifications to interfaces, screens and reports to meet the
different information needs of each plant.
Delegated work to other Millennium employees and Andersen Consultants
when necessary. The Kroger Co. (January 1994

Designed the audit program to verify security on
the Novell wide area network. ·
Audited newly implemented systems for security,
cost justification, accuracy and to make sure the new system met promised
system functions. This work consisted of
